| Edward Burrell Mr. Burrell is a retired though active member of the Loudoun Community. He brings with him the insight and expertise of 30 years in municipal utilities service and local government. He has a bachelor's degree in business from the University of Northern Iowa and a master's in business from the University of Northern Colorado. Mr. Burrell resides in Lansdowne. |
 | Pravin Gandhi Mr. Gandhi is the Principal of Gandhi Consulting, a company that provides Information Technology solutions and services in Enterprise Project Management. He has a solid background of more than 30 years in business, financial and information technology. Mr. Gandhi is a graduate of Ohio State University. He lives in Ashburn. |

| Dale Hammes, General Manager and Board Treasurer Dale C. Hammes, P.E., became the General Manager of Loudoun Water in 1997. He joined the Authority in 1977 as a civil engineer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Mr. Hammes is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He and his wife, Barbara, live in Leesburg. They have two children.

| Fred Jennings, Chairman Mr. Jennings was appointed to the Loudoun Water Board in 2005. He is the Systems Vice President and Executive Consultant for RW Beck, an SAIC Company, and has more than 31 years experience in this field. Mr. Jennings earned a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and he holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University. Mr. Jennings and his wife, Cynthia, live in Ashburn. They have two children. |

| Mark Koblos Mr. Koblos is the President and CEO of the KTA Group, overseeing strategic planning and direction. He founded KTA in 1989. Mr. Koblos attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and majored in aeronautical engineering. |

| Leonard "Hobie" Mitchel Mr. Mitchel is the President and CEO of Lansdowne Development Group, located in Herndon, VA. He attended George Washington University (Washington, DC) and graduated from the Undergraduate Program-Transportation and MBA Program-Finance. He is a returning Loudoun Water Board Member and sits on several local Boards and committees. Mr. Mitchel resides in Loudoun County. |

| Johnny Rocca Mr. Rocca was appointed to the Loudoun Water Board in 2008. He is president of The Brothers Signal Company and president/CEO of Native American Industries. He is also the owner/operator of Shadow Lake Farm, a 1,000 acre Loudoun County cattle ranch and grain farm that pays special attention to conservation and respect of the land. Mr. Rocca is a returning Board member and was Chairman from 2001 to 2002. He is involved in numerous civic associations, and sits on several local Boards. Mr. Rocca lives in Leesburg. |
 | Tanja Thompson Ms. Tanja Thompson currently serves as the Diversity and Veteran Outreach coordinator for USDA, identifying under-representation of minority groups in the agency and finding creative ways to recruit and retain a viable workforce. She has a master’s degree in human resource management from Webster University, and is retired United States Air Force. |
 | Ralph Watson Mr. Watson has more than 20 years of architectural experience including preliminary design, budgeting, delivery and post construction services. He was educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology and is a licensed, registered Architect in Virginia, Massachusetts and New Jersey, and a LEED Accredited Professional. Mr. Watson lives in Broadlands. |
| | John Whitmore Mr. Whitmore is a lifelong resident of Loudoun County. He is a farmer/rancher who owns and operates Farmer John’s Wayside Vegetable Market in Leesburg, VA. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lynchburg College. He is a returning Loudoun Water Board Member and sits on several local committees and is past president of the Lovettsville Farmer’s Club. He currently resides in Leesburg |
