The following list represents solicitations for which a decision to award has been made and that will be presented to Loudoun Water’s General Manager and/or Board to request confirmation of the decision to award and contract award. Decisions to Award will appear in this section for approximately 10 days. Upon award, the solicitation shall be added to the Award Announcements section of this Web site.
