Builder Transfer Form

Once your meter is set, the account will reside in the Builders name until the lot is sold and passes a meter crock inspection. If the crock fails, a letter is mailed to the builder describing the issue and what is required to be fixed before transferring. A failed meter crock will result in a $30.00 re-inspection fee. It’s the responsibility of the builder to contact Customer Service to request a transfer of the account into the new owner’s name.
