In 2003, Loudoun Water, along with the City of Fairfax, Loudoun County and others completed development of the Goose Creek Source Water Protection Program. The Program is designed to protect the Goose Creek drinking water supply; implementation of the Program began in January 2004. The details of the Program are divided into two volumes. Volume I presents the program summary and the implementation approach, and Volume II provides technical information.
