Loudoun Water offers many tools to help you manage your water and/or wastewater account. We've listed them all below.

Going green was never so easy OR SO REAL.  Our new online billing program is the latest way we're helping the environment while improving customer service. Sign up today at loudounwater.org and gain: Flexibility: You can schedule your future payments. Convenience: No more checks to write, envelopes to mail. Savings: It's FREE to enroll. And you can skip the stamps. Enrolling is also an easy way for you to go green. Not only will you save us from sending you a paper bill, you'll actually help plant new trees. To celebrate our program's launch, we're going to plant one tree seedling in our award-winning Aquiary for every 100 customers who sign up. For every 500 customers who enroll, we'll plant a 4 to 6-foot tree. (Up to 5,000 accounts. Or else we might run out of space.)

(Please note that current EFT participants, who would like to switch to our online enrollment program, will need to first submit a written request to customer service to stop EFT payments. After submitting your request, you can then enroll in the e-billing program. This will avoid duplicate payments from being drafted from your account.)  


You are billed for water and wastewater service on a quarterly basis. You can pay your bill by mail, online, by phone or in person. Here's how to read your bill. (Learn more about the Proposed Rate Changes.

Payment Options


One-Time Web Payment via ORCC 

Click here. We use ORCC as a third-party vendor to accept one-time payments online. One-time payments using the ORCC service includes a $2.50 transaction fee, collected by the vendor. Online payments can be made up to a maximum of $500 per transaction.

One-Time Phone Payment via IVR (Interactive Voice Response)

Dial 1.800.704.4027.You will be able to hear the amount due, the due date, and be able to make payments. IVR payments include a $2.50 transaction fee, collected by the vendor. Phone payments using the IVR system can be made up to a maximum of $500 per transaction. Terms and Conditions.

One-time Payment by Phone, Using a Credit Card or Funds Transfer

Dial 1.866.539.1988. We use EDS as a third-party vendor to accept one-time payments by phone. They accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, for a fee of $3.80 or they will take a one-time transfer from a checking or saving account for a fee of $2.25. Please have your bill available, as you will need the bill number, customer number and bill year.

Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer: Please note we are no longer accepting EFT applications. If you are a current EFT customer and would like to switch to our online program, Loudoun Water needs you to write to our Customer Service department to stop your EFT payments. This will keep us from duplicating your payments from your account.  After we receive and handle your request, you will be able to enroll in our e-billing program.
