Loudoun Water's Engineering Division is responsible for comprehensive utility planning including developing and updating the water and wastewater master plans, geographic information systems (GIS) and reviewing land development applications to ensure compliance to Loudoun Water standards and state regulation.

The Division also responds to public inquiries and works closely with Loudoun Water's Engineering Inspectors to coordinate the installation of water and wastewater facilities in our service area.
