Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer: Please note we are not accepting new EFT applications. If you are a current EFT customer and would like to switch to our online program, Loudoun Water needs you to write to our Customer Service department to stop your EFT payments. This will keep us from duplicating your payments from your account.  After we receive and handle your request, you will be able to enroll in our e-billing program.
