Pay a Bill

You are billed for water and wastewater service on a quarterly basis. You can pay your bill by mail, online, by phone or in person. Here's how to read your bill. (Learn more about the new rate changes that went into effect April 2010.)

For One-time Payments on the Web, Using a Credit Card or Funds Transfer

Click here. We use EDS as a third-party vendor to accept one-time payments online. They accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, for a fee of $3.80, or they will take a one-time transfer from a checking or saving account for a fee of $2.25. Please have your bill available, as you will need the bill number, customer number and bill year.

For One-time Payments by Phone, Using a Credit Card or Funds Transfer

Please have your bill available, as you will need the bill number, customer number and bill year.

For Future Payments Using Our Automatic Electronic Funds Transfer Option:

You can set up an automatic Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from one of your bank accounts if your bank offers this option. It's free, convenient and easy. Just make sure you let us know by filling out our EFT form and sending it to us by mail or fax. There is a short period of time before the EFT takes effect so if you have a current bill, please make your payment as you normally would.

Your input and suggestions will make this a better service for everyone. Please note you can view your bill; however, it is not set up for bill payments. Please use one of the options above for bill payments.
