Welcome to Loudoun Water's One-Time Payment Service

Customers can use this service to make a one-time payment on their account. To make a payment, please enter your customer number and account number as it appears on your billing statement. One-time payments include a $2.50 transaction fee, collected by Loudoun Water’s payment vendor.

Online payments can be made up to a maximum of $500 per transaction. For example, if your bill is $650, you will be able to make one-time payment of $500 (plus $2.50 transaction fee), and then process a second transaction of $150 (plus the transaction fee).

Once your one-time payment is approved, a confirmation number will be provided. Payments made before 4:00pm Monday–Friday will be credited to your account the same business day. Payments made afterward will be credited to your account the next business day.

If you are making a payment to avoid disconnection of service or to restore service, please call Loudoun Water at 571.291.7880 with your confirmation number. We're open Monday through Friday, from 8:00am–5:00pm. If it's after hours, please provide your name, contact information and your confirmation number.

We also offer online enrollment as a payment option. You can opt-in to receive your bills electronically via email (less paper). After creating an account you can also view and pay your bills online.
