The Manager of Learning and Organizational Development will manage all aspects of Learning and Development initiatives to include:
- Developing, managing and facilitating a full service training program that offers both soft and technical skills training.
- Experience in assessment and analysis of organizational training programs and individual, team, and company-wide performance improvement needs.
- Recommending and coordinating external training resources and services.
- Managing succession planning and development of employee career paths.
Position Requirements: Bachelors degree with 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience designing and delivering training programs. Demonstrated hands-on experience in developing and delivering classroom training and online learning. Experience with online course creation and delivery. DDI, CPLP or other professional certifications in ASTD or equivalent are a plus. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree.
