An Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is a set of financial statements and information that provide details about Loudoun Water.

The  Annual Comprehensive Financial Report is prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (GAAP) and audited in accordance with government auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America (GAGAS) by a firm of licensed certified public accountants. The reports are also prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Government Finance Officers Association’s (GFOA) Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting program.
