Loudoun Water’s plan review is separate from the Loudoun County plan review process.

Loudoun Water’s engineers review the plans in accordance with the Engineering Design Manual. A formal submission is due whenever a developer will be building and /or connecting to a public main.   Please note that plan phasing should be evaluated prior to submission.  Phasing that takes place after plan approval will require a new plan submission.

For details related to Loudoun Water plan submission process please refer to Electronic U.E.R. and Plan Submittal Process | loudounwater.org

Note: Loudoun Water offers a predesign meeting prior to plan submission for due diligence/feasibility studies, preplan submission and/or questions including confidential clients with questions related to development options such as:   process, pipe sizing, etc.  These meetings are also suggested prior to plan submission and questions related to specific site development.
