You are billed for water and wastewater service on a quarterly basis. You can pay your bill by signing up for LW Connect, by mail, by phone, online or in person at our office.  Here are ways to pay your bill:
 
Sign Up for LW Connect!
LW Connect is our self-service customer portal. Once you register, you can view and pay your bill online, enroll in Auto Debit, view your account balance,  enroll in eBilling, see your payment history and more. You'll need your Loudoun Water account number and the last four digits of your social security number in order to register. Need help? One-Time Payments on the Web, Using a Credit Card or Funds Transfer
We use Fiserv as a third-party vendor to accept one-time payments online. They accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card, or they will take a one-time transfer from a checking or saving account. There is no fee to use this service. Please have your bill available, as you will need your account number.
 
One-time Payments by Phone, Using a Credit Card or Funds Transfer
