Loudoun Water, the American Water Works Association and the water community across North America will celebrate Drinking Water Week by recognizing the vital role drinking water plays in daily lives. You can celebrate at home too! Whether you sign up for a stream clean up or take the time to learn how to to find and fix leaks in your home, you can make a big difference in your community!

For #DrinkingWaterWeek this year, we honor the labor of water professionals who work hard every single day to ensure your water is #ThereWhenYouNeedIt. As we all know, the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 challenged all of us in many ways.Operations at Loudoun Water continued without any disruptions. Our operations and maintenance groups were able to immediately implement protocols to keep everyone as safe as possible and our workforce transitioned to a new normal immediately. Our staff of more than 300 dedicated employees consistently work hard to ensure our system is delivering clean, safe drinking water to our customers.

You can see the results of this work in our annual consumer confidence water quality reports. These reports serve as a type of report card and provide information about where your water comes from, what's added, how it is treated, tests that are performed, information on fluoride, and quality evaluation. We encourage you to take the time to read through them and contact our Customer Relations team with any questions you may have at 571-291-7880.
