Builder Transfer Form

Once your meter is set, the account will reside in the builders name until the lot is sold and passes a meter crock inspection. Automatically generated pass/fail notifications are sent to the email address provided below after the meter crock inspection. A failed meter crock will result in a $45.00 re-inspection fee and must be reinspected with a passed status within 30 days of submission. It is the responsibility of the builder to contact our Customer Relations department to request a transfer of the account into the new owner’s name.
