Maps & Directions

Loudoun Water's campus in Ashburn encompasses all of our services. Our Administrative Services Facility is located at 44865 Loudoun Water Way, Ashburn, VA 20146.

Customers may come by to pay their bill between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There is a night-drop box if you would like to leave a payment with us before or after these hours. Our Operations & Maintenance Facility and our Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility are also located at this campus

Driving Directions to Loudoun Water

From Leesburg: Take Route 7 East to Loudoun County Parkway. From the right hand lane, merge right to enter the interchange. Turn right onto Loudoun County Parkway at the top of the ramp. Follow for about a mile and turn left onto Aquiary Way. Then turn right on Loudoun Water Way. The Administration Building, where you can pay your bill or visit our Aquiary, is on the left.

From Sterling taking Route 7 West: From the right hand lane, merge right to enter the interchange to Loudoun County Parkway (607). Turn left onto Loudoun County Parkway at the top of the ramp. Follow for about a mile and turn left onto Aquiary Way. Then turn right on Loudoun Water Way. The Administration Building, where you can pay your bill or visit our Aquiary, is on the left.

From Sterling taking Route 28 North: Take either the left or the right exit to Waxpool Road. Turn right onto Loudoun County Parkway. Go past Beaumeade Park and the Redskins Training Facility. Turn right onto Aquiary Way. Then turn right again on Loudoun Water Way.

From Dulles Greenway: Take Exit 7 for Loudoun County Parkway (607) and head north. Take a right at the end of the exit ramp. Go straight through the light at Waxpool Road. Go past Beaumeade Park and the Washington Commanders Training Facility. Turn right onto Aquiary Way. Then turn right again on Loudoun Water Way.
