Master Data Projects Administrator

Loudoun Water, a public water and sewer utility located in Ashburn, Virginia has an immediate opening for a Master Data Projects Administrator in the Asset Management department.

This position is responsible for all vertical asset data coming in from all new and rehab projects, including review of project plans and coordination with Project Managers ensuring quality data practices and controls are being followed. Essential asset management support functions include maintaining lifecycle equipment master data within Loudoun Water’s SAP Enterprise Asset Management System, equipment tagging, maintenance plan development, and condition assessment support. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of water and wastewater equipment and maintenance concepts, a track record of commitment to data quality, and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships throughout the organization. This position will be both office and field based.

Requirements: Associate degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Progressively responsible experience in data management, data quality assurance and data governance. Proven experience in the duties and knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above may be substituted for part or all the educational requirements. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license.
