Maps & Directions

Loudoun Water's main campus is located in Ashburn. The Dale C. Hammes Administration Building (our public facility) is located at 44865 Loudoun Water Way, Ashburn, VA 20147. Customers may come by to pay their bill between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The administration building lobby is closed for lunch between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. There is a night-drop box if you would like to leave a payment with us during closed hours. 

Our Operations & Maintenance Facility and our Broad Run Water Reclamation Facility are also located at this campus.
