We need a minimum of one business day notice to stop service Monday - Friday and we are closed on weekends and holidays. Call us by 5:00 p.m. on a Friday to stop service on a Monday. Flat Rate Sewer Only customers must contact Customer Relations at 571-291-7880 to complete the stop service process.
