Occupancy Sign-Off by Loudoun Water prior to requesting Occupancy Permit(s) from Loudoun County

We are currently requesting that all customers that need Loudoun Water Occupancy Sign-Off Applications signatures to email their permits to occupancypermit@loudounwater.org.

Our Customer Relations team will verify after the inspection has been completed and your home or business has passed the inspection, including rectifying any problems. Following verification, Loudoun Water will sign off electronically and email the application back to the customer within 1-2 business days.
