August 23, 2017Loudoun Water customers that are enrolled in eBilling can now sign up for eBilling Text Alerts! To enroll in text alerts, users must sign into their LW Connect account, opt into eBilling and select the option to also receive eBilling Text Alerts. Users will then receive a confirmation text from Loudoun Water asking them to reply YES to activate eBilling Text Alerts for their account. Once users sign up for eBilling Text Alerts, they will receive text messages when their bill is ready to view online and five days before it’s due. Those enrolled can now pay their bill by simply clicking on the link in the text message to sign in to their online LW Connect account. There is no additional charge for eBilling Text Alerts; however, your mobile phone provider may bill you for text messages and data rates depending on your mobile phone plan. Have a question?
