Loudoun Water customers can now monitor their water usage by logging into their LW Connect account. Know more about your household’s water usage for your current billing cycle with the new usage dashboard!
Users can also enroll to receive alerts via email, text message, or both when they are about to approach a new water usage tier that will affect their rates. In addition to tier alerts, users can view how their consumption compares to the same billing period from the previous year.
While enrolling in water usage alerts, don't forget to sign up for eBilling Text Alerts. Receive text messages to know when a bill is ready to view online and five days before it’s due. Those enrolled can now pay their bill by simply clicking on the link in the text message to sign in to their online LW Connect account.
