Project Status In Construction This project includes decommissioning the existing lagoons and replacing them with a new wastewater treatment plant that includes primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment processes to treat wastewater from the Village of St. Louis.Purpose: This project is required to meet Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) regulatory requirements for ammonia removal from wastewater.Project Fact Sheet
